Wednesday evenings 5pm - 6.30pm and 6.45pm - 8.15pm

.Mums and Bubs Yoga will;
help you regain strength in the abdomen, pelvic region and back that may have been lost during pregnancy
helps restore alignment and tone, and helps provide relief from lifting, carrying and nursing your baby
strengthens the emotional, physical and spiritual bond between mother and baby
