Bowen Therapy is a gentle form of body work in which very subtle moves, performed over the muscles and connective tissue, send messages deep into the body stimulating the nerves to elicit a healing response. The effect is very relaxing, and will allow the body to adjust posture, structural problems, addressing the nerves, fascia and internal organs, improving circulation and lymphatic drainage, aiding in the assimilation of nutrients and elimination of toxins, thus bringing the body back into a relaxed, balanced and healthy state of wellbeing.
